IT Hardware Technician (Contract Position)
My client is a leading IT hardware provider is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Hardware Technician to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis.
This role offers hands-on experience building and configuring specific servers
Key Responsibilities
Build and configure servers to meet client specifications
Provide responsive technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
Maintain clear communication with clients regarding RMA status and technical updates
Perform remote and on-site fault diagnosis and repair (company vehicle provided)
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in IT support, server builds, and configuration
Strong customer service and communication skills
Solid technical knowledge of hardware, software, and fault diagnosis
Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team environment
Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
Must hold a full clean driving licence.
