About the role:



We're looking for an IT Support Team Supervisor who thrives in a collaborative environment and is driven by making a real difference. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys mentoring others while staying close to the tech.

What you'll be doing:

Supervising, mentoring, and motivating a talented helpdesk team to deliver outstanding support. Setting clear goals and performance standards that align with our values and objectives. Coaching team members for growth and development, celebrating wins and guiding over hurdles. Ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic customer service every day. Recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing new team members. Handling escalated technical issues and contributing to continuous service improvement. Establishing best practices and driving excellence across the support process. Creating insightful reports on team productivity and customer feedback.

We're looking for someone who not only thrives with technology but also enjoys both mentoring and empowering their colleague to grow and succeed.

You'll need:

A recognised IT qualification or equivalent hands-on experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows (XP/7/10/11) and Office products. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Experience with Active Directory and server operations (user accounts, backups) is a plus. A methodical, quality-focused approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You're a natural collaborator. A passion for customer service and a calm, confident presence in busy environments. Current valid driving licence and ability to travel to site.
