Lead the planning and implementation of new technologies, system upgrades, and cybersecurity protocols.

Manage development and optimisation of digital platforms including CRM, websites, cloud-based tools, and internal databases.

Deliver technical leadership on strategic projects--whether building out a new platform, improving integrations, or automating workflows.

Act as the first point of contact for technical troubleshooting, system issues, and user support.

Work closely with the leadership team to translate operational needs into digital solutions that improve performance and customer service.

Manage vendor relationships, including outsourced IT support and third-party software providers.

Run internal training sessions and documentation to ensure systems are used effectively and securely across the team.

Monitor and assess emerging technologies that could benefit the business, and present proposals for implementation.

Build internal dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility over marketing, lettings, maintenance, and performance KPIs.

Extensive experience (20+ years) in IT management, system architecture, and cross-functional project delivery.

Proven track record in developing and implementing enterprise-level digital platforms and customer-facing systems.

Solid understanding of online platforms, dynamic pricing models, mobile applications, and digital ecosystems.
