Key Responsibilities
Maintain and develop the school's IT network, servers, and cloud systems (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace).
Oversee cybersecurity, safeguarding, and data protection compliance (GDPR).
Provide advanced technical support to staff and students, managing the IT helpdesk.
Line-manage IT technicians and coordinate daily workloads.
Plan and deliver IT projects, upgrades, and system improvements.
Support staff with the effective use of technology in teaching and learning.
About You
Strong technical background in network administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, VLANs).
Experience with school IT systems (e.g., MIS, classroom technology) desirable.
Knowledge of safeguarding and e-safety requirements.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, CCNA) preferred.
