Working with internal teams and third-party suppliers to resolve network issues.
Keeping network documentation and asset records up to date.
Supporting the ongoing improvement of systems and processes.

Minimum Criteria to Apply We are seeking an experienced IT Network Technician who can take ownership of network infrastructure and contribute to continuous improvement and reliable service delivery. The following experience will be valuable:
Good understanding of network technologies and protocols (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, TCP/IP).
Experience supporting network infrastructure across multiple sites.
Familiarity with switches, routers, and firewalls (Juniper and Fortinet experience is an advantage).
Working knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Awareness of Cyber Security principles and best practice.
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
Relevant technical qualifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, Juniper JNCIA, or Fortinet NSE are desirable.
