A vacancy has arisen fora 1st Line IT Support Engineer at PD Ports within the IT Service Desk team.
Location:
TeessideWorking Arrangements:
Monday-Friday - 09:00-17:00The five main things our 1st Line Operational Support Engineer
will be working on are:
Windows 11 Rollout.
Telephone and field support of all PD Ports' IT users, ensuring all calls are logged, categorised and escalated wherever appropriate.
Installation of laptops, desktops, printers and other peripherals across Tees, Humber and Southern regions.
Maintenance of Active Directory accounts and Exchange mailboxes.
Maintenance of PD Ports stock and asset management system.
We are seeking someone who:
Has 2 years or more experience as a 1st line IT support engineer.
Is customer focussed and has 2 years or more experience in the customer service industry.
Is an effective problem solver.
Has a current driver's license and owns their own vehicle.
