This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team that's been steadily increasing its influence across its business. Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping procurement strategy and driving value across a wide range of spend categories including IT/Digital, Property & Facilities, Travel, Recruitment, Events, and Marketing-with scope to expand further.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement projects across indirect spend categories, influencing stakeholders and defining effective strategies.
- Enhance procurement policies and third-party risk management processes.
- Champion ESG and supplier diversity initiatives, supporting the firm's sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with service line leaders to adapt procurement practices to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Maintain accurate procurement data, including contracts, spend analytics, and activity tracking.
- Support stakeholders and finance teams in achieving business objectives within budget.
- Experience in indirect procurement, ideally within professional or financial services.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commercially astute with proven negotiation experience.
- Knowledge of supplier management, third-party assurance, and risk mitigation.
- Experience in ESG and inclusion & diversity within the supply chain.
- Familiarity with IT & Digital procurement (software/hardware) is a plus.
