Responsibilities: * Team Management: Inspire, coach, and develop the team for exceptional customer service.
- Project & Process Delivery: Streamline operations, identify efficiencies, and ensure high-quality solutions.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, plan capacity, and manage budgets.

- IT experience (min. 3 years)
