Key Responsibilities -
- Lead and deliver Siemens Teamcenter-focused projects, ensuring successful outcomes within scope, budget, and timeframes.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk strategies.
- Guide cross-functional teams, contractors, and consultants through the full project lifecycle.
- Monitor performance, providing clear reporting to executives and sponsors.
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring effective resolution.
- Maintain governance-compliant documentation and uphold quality standards.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations and fostering collaboration.
- Support post-implementation reviews to ensure benefits realisation and lessons learned.
- Proven background in delivering Siemens Teamcenter projects.
- Significant experience managing IT project delivery (systems, software, or infrastructure).
- Skilled in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Trello).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly organised, analytical, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
