Sales & Customer Service Executive

to join our team and work alongside our technicians.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in growing sales and ensuring customers have the best possible experience. This role is

target-driven

and requires excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers in-store with professionalism and care Upsell accessories, add-ons, and services to increase revenue Provide updates on repairs via

phone, email, WhatsApp, and customer portal

Support the engineer by managing customer communications and expectations Hit and exceed

weekly & monthly sales targets

Handle front desk duties including answering calls and booking repairs
What We're Looking For

Proven

sales or customer service experience

Confident communicator with strong upselling skills Well-spoken English (medium to advanced level) Target-driven and motivated to achieve results Organised and able to manage multiple customer updates at once Weekend availability
