and strong administrative skills to support the entire sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Support the IT sales team with proposals, quotations, and documentation.
Coordinate with clients and internal technical teams for ERP/CRM solution delivery.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prepare reports, analyze sales data, and assist in forecasting activities.
Handle administrative tasks related to contracts, invoicing, and compliance.
Contribute to process improvements and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in IT sales support or business administration
(ERP/CRM domain preferred).
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
