Newstaff Recruitment Agency in St Albans is currently looking for IT Sales/Technical Support personnel in St Albans.
This is a technical internal support role.
IT Sales/Technical Support St Albans
Main Tasks:
- Taking inbound customer service calls and resolving customer queries relating to technical products, including some research online. Product knowledge training is given.
- Upselling other related products where applicable.
- Updating the database with all details as required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Technically minded and confident on the phone with some telesales ability.
- Lateral thinker, ideally you will be from a mechanical, electronic or automotive background.
- Strong work ethic.
- IT Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Programming skills an advantage, knowledge of C#, Ladder diagram programming, or Function Block.
- Excellent progression opportunities are available. Travel to sites in Europe and the USA if you want to travel
- Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm
- Office-based role
- Salary: \xc2\xa325,000 pa to \xc2\xa335,000 pa depending on skills/experience
