Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in computer networking, software troubleshooting, and technical support. This role involves providing exceptional desktop support and customer service to ensure smooth operation of IT systems across the organisation. The successful applicant will be adept at resolving issues efficiently and communicating effectively with users at all levels.

Responsibilities



To support the IT Team and the Director of Technology in the development of a high-quality IT support service.

Collaborate with the Director of Technology to ensure that the IT systems across the Trust are available for use by staff and students, kept secure, and running efficiently.

To contribute to the development of coherent IT policies and procedures across the Trust and apply them consistently.

Travelling between school sites across Birmingham and the West Midlands during the day will be required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,254.00-30,518.00 per year
