Why is this Role Important? As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that approximately 1300 end-users receive efficient and effective first-line support. Your role is crucial in maintaining the productivity and smooth operation of our firm by ensuring that all IT issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
What Will You Do?

  • Provide first-line support to our internal colleagues, ensuring high levels of service and support.
  • Accurately log incidents and service requests, capturing all interactions and troubleshooting steps in our ticketing system.
  • Handle incoming IT issues through various channels including phone, email, and our self-service portal
  • Diagnose and resolve issues, escalating to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
