Join Our Global Tech Team as an IT Service Desk Analyst - Bilingual in French and English
Location: London Canary Wharf
At World Kinect, our IT Service Desk Analysts are the frontline heroes of our global tech support team--empowering employees across continents with seamless IT experiences. From troubleshooting laptops to setting up executive video conferences, you'll be the go-to expert making work happen.
What You'll Be DoingSupport end-user devices (Windows, Mac, iOS, tablets, phones) across global regions. Engage users via calls, chats, and ticketing platforms--keeping communication clear and solutions fast. Deliver white-glove support to our executive team and their assistants. Provide hands-on support for office tech: conference rooms, printers, screens, phones, and more. Ensure smooth onboarding with ready-to-go equipment, software, and access. Triage and escalate complex issues beyond Level 1 support. Create and maintain self-service guides and knowledge articles. Collaborate with Tier II support and share insights to improve service delivery.

What You Bring to the TableBilingual in French and English--you make tech support feel effortless in both languages. 4+ years of IT support experience (degree in IT or equivalent experience). Strong documentation and communication skills. Proficiency in Windows 10, Mac OS, iOS, Active Directory, Azure (Entra ID), Office 365. Familiarity with Zoom, BOX, and ticketing systems. Bonus: scripting/automation skills to streamline support in large environments. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays when needed.
