It Service Desk Analyst

Job Description

A London Market Insurer we are partnered with requires 1x IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first and second-line technical support across the organisation.
This is a contract position, Inside IR35, via an Umbrella Company, and will be based in London.
The role will sit within a global IT support function and be key in delivering a seamless IT experience to users.
Candidates will need:

  • Proven experience supporting both Windows and Mac OS X environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common enterprise applications
  • Experience with Intune, Patch My PC, or Altiris SMA
  • Exposure to tools such as SCCM, Bomgar, Azure AD
  • Good knowledge of ITSM processes and ticketing systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A relevant IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) is a plus
  • Experience with Apple Business Essentials, mobile device management, and basic scripting (PowerShell) desirable
This is an 6 month engagement, starting as soon as possible, 5 days / week on site.
