15,000 p/a

Hours:

Monday to Friday, either 08:00 - 16:00 or 9:00 - 17:00 (30 mins lunch)

Overview

As an IT Solutions Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in providing first-line support to our clients as well as getting involved in working with and deploying AI for various functions.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced IT environment and develop your skills in various areas of IT support, including Helpdesk Support, Business Applications, and AI & Automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

Handle incoming client calls and provide exceptional customer service.

First-Line Support:

Assist with troubleshooting and resolving basic IT issues, including software and hardware problems.

Hardware Deployment:

Assist with deploying and updating client hardware.

AI and Business Central Tasks:

Support tasks related to AI implementations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support activities.

Collaboration:

Work closely with senior staff to escalate and resolve complex issues.
