We're looking for an experienced IT Solutions Manager ready for their next career challenge. In this role, you will lead a small technical team supporting customers who rely on High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems--including workstations and Linux clusters--while playing a key role in driving sales and helping shape solutions with your technical expertise.
This role combines hands-on technical leadership, solution design, customer engagement, project coordination, and a strong focus on sales. You will manage day-to-day technical operations, deliver reliable system architectures, and actively drive business development and revenue growth through technical expertise and customer-focused solutions
It is a key operational role, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong client relationships and effective performance of a small technical team.
Interview Process

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a small team of IT Support Engineers.
Act as senior technical escalation point for customer issues.
Develop practical system designs across hardware, networking and HPC.
Oversee system delivery, configuration and handover.
Liaise with suppliers for procurement, repairs and upgrades.
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong background in systems engineering or infrastructure.
Good working knowledge of Linux and Windows.
Experience in customer-facing technical support.
Ability to design and oversee technical solutions.
Clear communication and strong organisational skills.
Desirable
Experience with workstation, Servers and Cluster systems (HPC).
Account management
Sales and creating proposals.
Cloud or hybrid architecture exposure.
Certifications (Linux, networking, cloud).
