You will work as part of the Service Desk Delivery team providing customer-focused and responsive IT ticket resolution, basic user administration. Promptly allocates calls. Handling requests or escalating incidents to the relevant teams within the IT organisation. You will cover helpdesk queries, KIT requests and general IT support within Head Office.

  • The role will offer desktop support (basic user administration), register incidents, and handle requests or escalate them to the relevant teams within the IT organization.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of EMEA support operating manual and knowledgebase.
  • Regular contact with customers
  • Daily contact with Service Desk team members
  • Interaction with local and global partners
Knowledge, skills and experience required
  • Level of education: Degree level or equivalent preferred
  • Field of study: IT or similar
  • ITIL / ITSM (advantageous)
Relevant working experience:
  • Working in an IT Service Desk according to defined processes and target
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills - you will be liaising with senior leaders/board members.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good practical understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • First class customer service skills
  • General IT knowledge and willing to learn new and exciting technologies.
  • Experiences in Microsoft dominated environments (Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure)
