We're looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to join our collaborative and forward-thinking client. If you have hands-on desktop support experience, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing 1st and 2nd line support for hardware and software issues across the business
Managing and resolving service desk tickets within agreed SLAs
Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop systems and IT equipment
Supporting user account management via Active Directory and Office 365
Assisting with IT equipment moves, upgrades, and installations
Collaborating with the wider IT team to troubleshoot and escalate issues when required
Contributing to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Keeping accurate records of assets and service desk activity
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 years' experience in a desktop support or IT technician role
Knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking (DHCP, IP)
Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration
Familiarity with ITIL principles and service desk operations
Exposure to Windows Server environments and virtualisation (Hyper-V) is a plus
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
