IT Apprenticeship Programme

, designed to nurture the next generation of tech talent. Based within our central IT support team, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our IT service desk. This hands-on apprenticeship offers the chance to develop practical technical skills, gain real-world experience in a fast-paced professional environment, and actively contribute to the smooth delivery of IT services across the business.

Level 3 Information Communications Technician

What to expect from the role

Systems

Learn how our IT infrastructure works and how we support internal systems.

Communication

- Help end users with technical based issues whilst delivering excellent service

Hardware

Set up new hardware for our colleagues to ensure a great user experience for all our people

Project Management-

Understanding project management and contribute to live business projects

Team Work

Be an active part of a supportive, friendly team

IT Apprenticeship Whats in it for you

Rate of pay - 7.79 per hour for first year and increasing to NLW after 12 months 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays Working hours 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday) Day release to study On-the-job training Accredited training leading to a qualification Personal skills development Your own personal mentor

What were looking for

Ideally, youll have GCSEs in Maths and English at grades 94 (A*C). More importantly, were looking for someone with a genuine passion for learning, a strong interest in technology, a great work ethic, and a positive, can-do attitude in everything you take on.
