THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person looking to pursue a career in IT. This is an entry level role, giving exposure to all aspects of IT Service Delivery within a busy team.
This role is fully office based with some flexibility to work from home occasionally where cover allows.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Carrying out all aspects of personnel change including but not limited to New Starters and Leavers.
  • Ensuring that the asset management module in TOPdesk is kept up to date, including but not limited to Laptops and iPhones.
  • Auditing and managing licensed software and portals.
  • Managing Lease Laptop replacements
  • Provisioning laptops and iPhones as required.
  • Purchasing of IT equipment
  • Creating and maintaining team procedures and documentation.
  • Providing 1st Line support to users via telephone, email and face to face as required.
  • Other admin duties as required.
  • Supporting colleagues and the department as required.
  • Any other duties as reasonably requested by the Service Delivery Manager
Other Responsibilities
  • You will be working as part of the Service Delivery Team and as such you will be required to cover team other team members in times of absence. A flexible working attitude is essential to ensure that the business is supported to the highest standard at all times.
