As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a proactive and driven

IT Support Engineer

to join our friendly and ambitious team.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support via phone, email, and in person

Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and networking devices

Supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows based environments

Assisting with VoIP deployments and management.

Setting up new users and providing training when required

Participating in IT & telecoms projects across multiple clients

Creating and maintaining technical documentation

What We're Looking For

? Previous experience in a technical support/help desk role

? Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and general IT systems

? Confident troubleshooting skills and a solution-driven mindset

? Excellent communication and customer service abilities

? Willingness to learn and develop in telecoms (3CX experience is a bonus)

? Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
