Your work will encompass everything from IT infrastructure (servers, networks, desktops & laptops - both hardware and software) to phone systems, broadband, email, web hosting, domain name management, and other internet/cloud services. Key Responsibilities:
Answering calls and logging support tickets.
Monitoring and responding to emails/support tickets in a timely manner.
Processing and resolving technical requests, or escalating when necessary.
Engaging in technical project work as required.
Performing office tasks such as receiving and managing deliveries.
Managing administrative tasks.
Collaborating with customers to identify IT issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Keeping accurate logs and records of customer queries and issues.
Visiting customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair various systems.

Essential Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience working as an IT support field engineer

Strong experience supporting Windows-based operating systems and Active Directory.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
Hands-on experience with networking equipment and a solid understanding of networking protocols.
Full, clean UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
