Join our small, skilled team of ICT professionals supporting and improving a dynamic ICT infrastructure. You'll gain exposure to everything from system monitoring and user support to cybersecurity and infrastructure upgrades. This is not a senior or highly paid role--but it is a brilliant opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow.
What you'll do:
Monitoring and supporting a variety of ICT systems and infrastructure
Installing and configuring operating systems, software, and management tools
Helping to keep our systems secure, backed up, and resilient
Providing 1st and 2nd line support (and 3rd line as you develop) across a wide range of platforms and applications
Working with external vendors and internal colleagues to resolve technical issues
Maintaining service levels and ensuring high customer satisfaction
What you'll bring to the role:
Hands-on IT support or analyst experience
Some familiarity with Windows environments (2003 and later), Microsoft 365, and basic networking
A genuine interest in systems, infrastructure, and learning on the job
A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to take on new challenges
Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
Must be able to obtain and maintain SC (Security Clearance) - please note you MUST have resided in the UK for the past 10 years to be able to gain this very high level clearance
This role requires a minimum level of security clearance and may also require a higher level of National Security Vetting. You should be aware that certain levels of clearance or specific projects and/or sites have UK residency requirements; and any dual or multiple nationalities must be declared. Any persons who do not fulfil these residency requirements may be unable to obtain the required level of clearance and would not be eligible to undertake this role.
