Role responsibilities include:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support inquiries.
Play key parts in company projects.
Deliver desktop and application support to both internal and external users.
Efficiently manage support tickets, coordinating with third-party vendors when necessary.
Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
Quickly troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues.
Install approved software and ensure system integrity.
Keep detailed records of faults and their resolutions.
