Robert Half have partnered exclusively with an SME in the Staffordshire area to recruit an IT Support Engineer on a Fixed Term basis.
Responsibilities:
The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing IT support to the business, offering IT solutions and building relationships with employees, partners and suppliers:
- Support the training of staff to adopt and maximise the use of IT systems
- Support the delivery of 1st/2nd Line Support
- Assist with the IT aspects of office moves, onboarding new suppliers and systems
- MS Teams and SharePoint housekeeping - maintenance, reviews and archive
- Manage 3rd party software - comms, licences, etc.
- Monitor, respond and manage the IT mailbox
- Create and maintain the IT licence register
- Commercial experience supporting Office 365, SharePoint, Teams and IT security packages
- Experience supporting and managing Microsoft Teams in a large organisation
- At least 2 years of IT Support, including 1st/2nd line experience
- Knowledge of server maintenance and/or network management
- Demonstrable experience delivering a high level of customer service
- Experience working with 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services
A vehicle is required to get to site due to my client's location.
