What you'll bring
1-2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role (or strong passion and willingness to learn)
Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
Ability to troubleshoot common issues with PCs, printers, Wi?Fi, and mobile devices
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
Excellent communication skills--clear, friendly, and professional
Tech you'll touch
Microsoft 365 and basic Azure administration
Active Directory user management
Windows 10/11 and basic server exposure
Firewalls and networking basics
Backup and security tools like Veeam and Datto (training provided)
A variety of IT hardware and peripherals
Customer service is key
Build customer confidence with clear, human conversations; face to face when it matters
Translate tech into business value for non?technical audiences
Collaborate across teams, respond promptly, and solve problems proactively with care and attention to detail
