Be Creative.

Provide IT support to staff via face to face, service desk systems, chat, and video calls Extensive troubleshooting skills and knowledge to resolve technical issues related to PC Hardware, Windows/macOS workstations, peripherals, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Parsec) is a must have. Support development teams using game engines (Unreal Engine), source control systems (Perforce), and project tracking tools (Confluence/ Devops) Assist with setup and maintenance of remote access tools, VPNs, and secure file sharing systems Manage user accounts, permissions, and software licenses across cloud-based platforms (e.g., Office 365, Azure AD) Coordinate hardware shipments and setups for remote team members, including dev kits, VR headsets, peripherals, and laptops Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to an internal knowledge base for faster support Collaborate with IT staff and studio operations to improve service quality and automate common tasks An ability to manage heavy IT hardware and technical kit moves around the studio on a regular basis Assist with managing software licenses Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests in a creative environment Maintain inventory of IT equipment and track service requests Support the IT team with system updates, patches



Be Innovative.


Demonstrated passion for IT and interest in AAA game development Solid understanding of Windows and macOS Familiarity with networking concepts Basic scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is a plus Escalate complex issues to the IT Manager or external support when necessary Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong sense of accountability, confidentiality, and teamwork Supporting high-performance creative and supportive teams
