Role Description
This is a full time office-based role as an
IT Support Engineer.
You will play a key role in keeping our clients' systems running smoothly and securely. You'll be the friendly, capable voice clients trust when something needs fixing, and the sharp mind behind proactive improvements that prevent problems before they happen.
This is a great opportunity for someone who's spent a couple of years in a managed service provider (MSP) or similar environment and is ready to take the next step in their career.
You will be supported with on-going training and have the support you need to develop with many opportunities for career progression. We pay a competitive salary complemented with a performance related bonus.
More about you
Around 2 years' experience working for an MSP or in a similar IT support role.
Experience supporting end users in a professional environment (on-site or remote).
Familiar with ticketing systems, RMM tools, and documentation platforms.
Exposure to Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange/365 administration, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls).
Any relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus, or willingness to work towards them with our support.

Key responsibilities
Provide first- and second-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Microsoft 365, Windows desktop/server environments, networking, and cloud services.
Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership and communication with the client.
Deliver excellent customer service, clear, friendly, and proactive in every interaction.
Assist with onboarding new clients, deploying devices, and setting up user accounts and systems.
Support project delivery and maintenance tasks such as migrations, upgrades, and documentation.
Contribute to continual service improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting fixes or automation.
Keep detailed and accurate records in our service management systems.
