The Role



We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support Technician

to join our team in Newton Abbot. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients and cutting-edge technologies. You will join the IT Support Team for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimising IT systems, ensuring our clients' businesses run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide exceptional technical support to clients, resolving IT issues efficiently and effectively. Troubleshoot and repair desktop computers, printers, and other hardware. Diagnose and resolve software and network-related problems. Perform routine maintenance to ensure system reliability and performance. Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining clear and professional communication with clients. Collaborate with a talented team to develop innovative IT solutions.

What We're Looking For



To excel in this role, you should bring:



Proven expertise in technical support and troubleshooting. Proficiency in answering the phone and communicating with customers Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Outstanding communication and customer service abilities. A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant IT certifications or training (CompTIA, Microsoft, or equivalent qualifications are advantageous).
