A fantastic opportunity has become available for an IT Support Manager to join Caristo Diagnostics Limited\xe2\x80\x99s team of 41 employees. Based at our Botley branch in Oxford, you will be responsible for providing technical support to all 41 staff across different functions in the business. You will utilise your technical skills to support the business maintaining the hardware and software environments while identifying process improvements and maintaining procedures.

Named first of \xe2\x80\x9c7 Technologies That Could Change Heart Healthcare Forevermore\xe2\x80\x9d by the Robb Report, the CaRi-Heart technology is Caristo\xe2\x80\x99s flagship offering which aids coronary artery disease diagnosis with improved risk prediction. It applies advanced AI algorithms to routine cardiac CT scans to visualize and quantify coronary inflammation, which is the previously invisible root cause of the disease. About the Role
Job Title: IT Support Manager Department: Operations. Reporting to Operations Manager.
Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will:

Responsibilities:
  • Service Desk Support \xe2\x80\x93 Provide incident support as a service function to the business. You will provide IT services in a courteous and efficient manner while maintaining technical documentation to assist in a timely resolution.
  • System Support \xe2\x80\x93 Can set priorities, meet deadlines and work within established parameters in close co-operation with staff and under the guidance of management. Installation and deployment of hardware, software, and mobile devices.
  • Infrastructure Management/Monitoring \xe2\x80\x93 Working within our virtualised or cloud platforms using remote client technologies and Windows 365. Troubleshooting \xe2\x80\x93 Identify and analyse hardware, software and system problems and resolve or refer to a specialist ensuring in a timely solution and minimise disruption to operations.

Skills & Experience Required:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or a Certificates in IT
  • Two years support experience in a similar position
  • A sound knowledge of desktop and server operating systems
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills
  • Outstanding customer, organisational and technical service skills
  • Interest, commitment, and a desire in understanding new technologies and their appropriateness to technology operations
