Job Description

As an IT Support Technician your primary focus is managing the technical support team that provides day-to-day support to end-users and resolves technical issues.

1.

External IT Support Management:

Coordinate with our external IT support team to ensure they're aligned with our goals.

2.

Tech Infrastructure:

Keep our computers, telephony, mobile, networks, and software up-to-date and efficient.

3.

Security and Compliance:

Protect our data and systems, making sure we follow industry rules.

4.

User Management:

Oversee and manage user accounts and access on our software systems.

5.

Incident Management:

Help users with technical issues and make sure they have what they need with support from the external IT support team.

6.

Infrastructure Maintenance:

Ensure that the existing IT systems and tools are operational and reliable for end-users.

7.

Training and Development:

Train staff on the software we use to enhance their proficiency and productivity.

8.

Budget Management:

Handle the IT budget to ensure we get the most value from our resources.

9.

Vendor Relationships:

Work with outside tech providers to get the best services. Ensure vendor contracts are in order and maintain competitiveness. Meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs) related to response times, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.

10.

Process Improvement:

Regularly review new technologies to see how they can enhance our operations.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in IT. Strong technical knowledge across a range of IT systems and platforms. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications (optional but beneficial):



CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+, CCNA.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,200.00-30,000.00 per year
