Location: Central London (Hybrid - 3 days on-site)

The Role
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing IT procedures and delivering best-practice solutions across the organisation. Acting as the first point of contact for end-user support, you'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while collaborating with the wider IT team to enhance service delivery.
This role requires excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, with the ability to listen, problem-solve, and provide an exceptional user experience. The environment is primarily Mac-based, so strong experience in macOS and MDM solutions such as Jamf or Kandji is essential.
