Key Responsibilities:

Tackling escalated technical issues with confidence and precision Supporting Windows environments, Office 365, networking, and cloud services Collaborating with the team to deliver seamless support Managing and resolving tickets via our helpdesk system Providing remote and occasional onsite support to our valued clients Documenting solutions and contributing to our knowledge base Assist in the implementation of customer IT projects
Requirements:

Solid experience in a 2nd line support role Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks Excellent communication and customer service skills A proactive mindset and a love for solving problems Relevant certifications, Network plus, Microsoft and WatchGuard are a plus

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
