IT Helpdesk - First Line Support (3-Month Contract)
Location: Basingstoke
Contract Length: 3 Months

We are currently recruiting for a First Line Support Technician to join a busy IT Helpdesk team on a 3-month contract based in Basingstoke.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related queries via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Log, diagnose, and resolve technical issues or escalate to second-line support when necessary
- Provide support for hardware, software, and basic networking issues
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of incidents
- Previous experience in a first-line IT support or helpdesk role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking principles
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Immediate start
