What You'll Do:
Join a close-knit and supportive IT team where you'll be the go-to expert for resolving user issues, managing hardware and software, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across both on-site and remote teams. You'll provide technical support across multiple systems, maintain company assets, and contribute to improving processes with your expertise.
You'll work closely with internal users, delivering professional and prompt support, and occasionally travel to remote offices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about IT and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Bring:
At least 3 years' experience in a similar IT support role
Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Windows and Office 365 management
Proficiency in Active Directory, AzureAD, and Exchange Online
Confident with desktop setup, software installations, and basic hardware upgrades
Ability to troubleshoot independently and escalate when necessary
Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends on a rota
A professional, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to learning and growth
