Responsibilities
Provide quality service to colleagues by offering technical support on all aspects of their computer systems
Provide assistance with hardware and software installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Maintain an organised and efficient work space
Communicate with Operational departments and teams to ensure end-user satisfaction
Participate in continuous improvement activities
Complete daily task lists, documentation, and other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Work in a safe manner at all times according to company and industry standards
Follow all company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field OR equivalent experience
2 years IT Support front facing experience to a minimum of 50+ users, both desktop
and remote
Strong computer skills including Google G-Suite of software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows OS
Strong communication skills (written, verbal) required; written and verbal communication skills required; intermediate to advanced level computer skills preferred
* End-user training an advantage
