ACIT Solutions

are seeking an individual to join our technical support team . We are looking for strong, confident workers who are capable of installing, configuring and supporting a broad range of IT solutions to fit our clients' needs.

Main Duties:

- Provide IT installation, configuration and support services to our clients.
- Be confident with clients via telephone, remote web access and on-site visits.
- Ensure client enquiries and requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of outstanding, in progress and completed work.
- Communicate technical advice to clients with differing IT knowledge levels.
- Assisting and being assisted by colleagues to provide prompt customer resolutions.

Qualifications and experience required for this role:

- Experience in Outsourced IT Helpdesk/IT Support for a broad range of IT issues.
- Knowledge of current IT technologies such as Networks, OS's and Hardware.
- Microsoft 365 application/portal support.
- Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and IIS configuration and administration.
- Experience configuring Routers/Servers for VPN/VLAN/DHCP/DNS/RG/IIS/SSL
- Full UK driver's license.
- Have outstanding computer literacy skills and some knowledge of Sage solutions.
- Act with integrity and respect when interacting with clients, employees & suppliers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,500.00-30,000.00 per year
