Your Role as an IT and Systems Degree Apprentice:
You will work closely with our experienced IT team, learning and contributing in areas such as:
Supporting our business systems and infrastructure across all departments.
Assisting in software deployment, system upgrades, and hardware installations.
Providing 1st line support to users across multiple locations.
Helping to troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
Supporting cybersecurity, data protection and system integrity initiatives.
Participating in IT projects that shape the future of our digital operations.
Travelling with the team to our sites across the South West.
Entry Requirements:
To be eligible for this programme, you'll need one of the following:
Three A Levels
at grade C or above, preferably in subjects like Maths, IT, or Science.
BTEC Extended Diploma
at MMM.
T Level
at Pass (preferably in Digital or Technology-related routes).
Or
equivalent qualifications
.You should also ideally hold
GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above
(or equivalent Level 2).
What Are We Looking For?
A genuine passion for IT, technology and learning.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Willingness to travel between sites as part of the role.
A full UK driving licence - you will be expected to drive to various locations across our Dealerships.
