Key Responsibilities
Deliver responsive
1st and 2nd line support
for Windows and macOS users.
Diagnose and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, and bespoke internal systems.
Manage user accounts, MFA, and core
Microsoft 365 admin
tasks.
Set up, configure, and maintain end-user devices, hardware, and software.
Assist with the deployment of firewalls, switches, and business-grade equipment.
Maintain accurate
IT asset records and documentation
.
Support onboarding and offboarding of users.
Travel to other sites to assist with installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with
Windows
environments.
Ability to learn and support bespoke internal applications.
Previous experience in an IT support role within an SME environment.
Working knowledge of
devices.
Knowledge of small-business firewalls (e.g.,
UniFi
or similar).
Familiarity with CRMs.
Exposure to procurement and liaising with vendors.
Experience with automation or systems administration tasks.
Background in IT asset management.
