A central support office provides financial, HR, IT, Supply Chain and other administrative services to the group companies each of whom retains its own personality and who operate across a number of catering and hospitality markets.
Recent acquisitions provide the group with new opportunities and include prestigious locations such as Musee Du Louvre in Paris and partnerships with established chefs such as Claus Meyers in Denmark.

Working within the busy Service Delivery function the IT Administration Team are responsible for the day-to-day administration of the IT function. This may include processing invoices, placing orders, managing hardware assets and licenses, looking after the IT starter and leaver processes, documentation and resolving some user support & service requests. You will assist in the review and streamlining of IT processes to ensure they are fit for purpose, help to reduce errors and maintain standards across IT. Working with the Service Delivery Manager and other IT team members you will ensure our hardware and software assets and licenses are maintained effectively and deliver value for money. You will be responsible for maintaining our IT catalogue and IT SharePoint pages. You will need to be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal. This role is based at our Reading office, with options for hybrid working available.
Key accountabilities include:
  • IT Finance - Invoicing, orders and cross charges
  • License Management (MS 365, Adobe)
  • Hardware Asset Management
  • Maintaining internal IT SharePoint and other internal and user-facing documentation
  • Effectively managing our new starter and leaver processes
  • Effectively managing our new and closed location processes
  • Involvement in IT projects where applicable
  • IT Communications
  • Some 1st and 2nd line support where applicable
  • Dealing with service and Incident requests from users
Qualifications
What we need from you:
  • Excellent attention to detail is required
  • A measured and methodical approach to tasks
  • Ability to read and interpret regular reporting on licensing, assets and data from other IT Systems
  • Knowledge and experience of MS365 tenant, Exchange & Azure, Sharepoint.
  • Experience of IT Ticketing systems
  • ITIL Foundation would be an advantage
  • Experience of the Hospitality sector would be an advantage
  • Previous experience working in a similar role, or an IT Service Desk role
