IT / Logistics Manager

to join our team and take ownership of both our field technology and weekly team operations.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support & Setup

Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across all field-deployed machines (hardware and software) Set up new devices with required hardware and software configurations Maintain systems updates, backups, and ensure field machines are always operational Liaise with suppliers for hardware/software needs and replacements

Logistics & Team Coordination

Plan and organize the weekly schedule for our maintenance/tech support team Assign venues and tasks to team members based on project requirements Ensure the right equipment and team members are sent to the right locations on time Monitor and optimize logistics to improve efficiency and reduce downtime

General Management

Maintain inventory of tech assets, tools, and consumables Develop and document internal procedures for IT setups and logistical planning Communicate with venue managers and internal departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT support, systems setup, or similar technical field Strong organizational and logistical coordination skills Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues independently Familiarity with Windows OS, networking, and cloud-based tools Valid driver's license (field work may require occasional travel) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

Experience managing a team or scheduling field operations Background in events, facilities, or tech deployment Knowledge of computers - Software and Hardware installations
