The candidate
We are looking for
IT Technical Support ERP Assistant
that possesses previous experience in similar role within large or medium sized organisation, have general hands-on experience in resolving customer queries and IT hardware issues, installation, maintenance and support with all HP Desktop and Laptops and other associated hardware.
Our candidate must have excellent communications skills, be prompt with customer responses, be courteous at all times and be able to translate technical language into layman's terms. You will be an excellent team player, willing to step up as and when required and able to work and deliver on tight deadlines.
The role
Our
IT Technical ERP Support Assistant
will work within small team of 3 but highly efficient and professional individuals that provide IT support for the whole group. You will drive efficiency through sharing common resources and serve as first point of contact for any IT related queries.
Prior understanding of ERP systems will be advantageous as you will be required to maintain, modify and support end users, although training will be provided as this will become the focus of the role
You will support the IT team with hardware installations across the business group and equipment configuration

Key role responsibilities:
Providing support to both local and remote users using our ERP System
Monitor ERP system performance and ensure optimal functionality.
Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to ERP system users.
Installing, maintaining, and upgrading computer hardware and software.
Providing support to both local and remote users.
Trouble-shooting hardware and software problems, rectifying where possible and reporting persistent faults.
Assist with maintaining the integrity of all IT systems across all companies.
Completing projects within agreed budget and timeframe.
Configuring and supporting Android and IOS devices using Mobile Device Management software
Perform other such duties as seen to be appropriate to the efficient delivery of tasks as identified by the IT Manager or senior Management team
Experience and Qualifications required
A good understanding of ERP systems
Installing and supporting Windows 10 & 11
Installation, maintenance and support of HP Desktop Laptop systems, printers, and other associated hardware
Installation, maintenance, and support of MS O365, including Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
