Overview



Join our award-winning customer support team in Bromsgrove as an Apprentice Customer Support Engineer. You'll help clients set up and troubleshoot VoIP phone systems and broadband services while learning valuable networking and customer service skills. A fantastic opportunity to start your tech career with full training and development.

What you'll do at work



Be part of our award-winning first-line customer support team, handling calls and emails, logging tickets, and resolving VoIP and broadband issues You'll receive expert training from experienced engineers, gain real-world telecoms experience, and build the technical and communication skills to progress into a full-time Customer Support Engineer role

Training to be provided



Information Communications Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

The successful candidate will undertake a 22 month, nationally recognised qualification through TDM This is a work-based learning programme which will require commitment to block weeks in an online training room once every quarter working towards the qualification along with weekly off the job training and monthly coaching sessions. You will be required to demonstrate through the standard that you meet all competencies and behaviours, which will lead to the achievement of the qualification. These block weeks will take place online You will have a designated mentor in the workplace to support your learning and at the end of programme will be assessed via an external assessment body
This is a Level 3 qualification. Knowledge Areas Include:

Hardware and Networking Software and Security ICT Administration

Opportunity to progress or full-time employment and progress on to the Digital Technology Solutions Professional Level 6 (Integrated Degree) Programme
