We're seeking a capable and security-minded IT Technician to join our in-house team. In this role, you'll provide first-line support to users across our UK and international sites, helping to maintain and evolve our hybrid IT environment.


You'll be part of a team that embraces innovation--working hands-on with modern tools like Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud-connected systems to support secure, high-availability operations. What You'll Do



Be the first point of contact for IT support, managing the helpdesk and resolving incidents quickly and efficiently Provide hands-on support for laptops, desktops, printers, and networking equipment Administer an on-premises Windows environment and Microsoft 365 tenant in a hybrid setup Work with tools like Intune, Autopilot, and Azure AD to manage and secure endpoints Assist in implementing Conditional Access and enforcing MFA policies Maintain Hyper-V virtual infrastructure Contribute to scripting and automation using PowerShell and GPO management Support compliance and monitoring through Microsoft Sentinel and internal security standards Participate in deployments, upgrades, and service improvements Document issues and solutions in the internal knowledge base

What You'll Need



1+ year in a first-line support or IT technician role A recognised IT qualification (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft, etc.) Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and common troubleshooting practices A commitment to learning and professional development Full UK driving licence Ability to obtain UK SC clearance

Nice to Have



Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender Exposure to ticketing systems and ITIL-style processes Basic understanding of networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, VPNs)
