We are looking for a motivated IT Technician to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in delivering a wide range of IT projects while supporting business-critical systems. This position offers variety and hands-on experience. We're looking for someone with enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and a desire to continually learn and grow in the field

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing hardware and software support to end users across the business.

Installing, configuring, and maintaining software on both client and server systems.

Offering on-site support at various locations as needed.

Proactively monitoring key systems and resolving or escalating issues before they impact operations.

Investigating and resolving technical incidents, escalating where appropriate.

Identifying improvement opportunities and collaborating with project managers to implement them

Assisting with the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.

Logging and reporting issues, with recommendations for long-term solutions.

ABOUT YOU

Previous experience in IT support or a related technical role is advantageous.

Strong desire and ability to learn new technologies and systems.

A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.

A full UK driving licence is required for travel to external sites

Willing and able to obtain a minimum of SC clearance. To be eligible, you must have lived continuous in the United Kingdom for the past 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements. During the recruitment process, we will ask you questions to assess your eligibility, including residency history, citizenship and nationality.
