IT Technician

Pay Rate: 14 per hour
Contract: Full-time

Academics is currently recruiting for a reliable and skilled IT Technician to work in a supportive school environment in Dartford, starting October 2025. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving educational setting and play a key role in maintaining and supporting the school's IT infrastructure.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to staff and students
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
- Maintain and manage IT equipment across the school
- Support the implementation of new technologies and software systems
- Ensure all systems run smoothly to support teaching and learning
- Previous IT support experience (school experience preferred but not essential)
- Solid understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
- A welcoming and well-resourced school environment
- From 14 per hour pay rate
