Job Description
We are seeking a motivated a tech-savvy individual for an entry level IT Technician position to join a prestigious business for a temporary position to start in September for a couple of months.
This position is 100% office based in Welwyn Garden City.
Working hours would be Monday - Friday: 7.45am to 4.45pm.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain hands on experience in the IT field and kickstart their career.
This role would suit a recent graduate or someone looking for their first position in IT, if you are eager to learn, enjoy working with technology and want to gain valuable experience in a supportive environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up laptops, iPads and mobile phones for new starters.
- Ensure devices are configured correctly and securely
- Provide basic troubleshooting and support during setup.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth on-boarding of new employees.
- Maintain accurate records of device setups and configurations.
- A solid grounding in IT systems and hardware
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanour.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
