Responsibilities
Plan and execute menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
Maintain high standards of hospitality throughout the dining experience
Skills
Strong food production and preparation skills with attention to detail
Excellent team management abilities to inspire and lead culinary staff
Proficient in cooking techniques across the Italian cuisines
Extensive kitchen and culinary experience, preferably in a restaurant setting
